The two Aorun Howo 6x4 dump trucks feature a double-layer reinforced frame rail system, precision-stamped in a single process from high-strength alloy steel plates, and further enhanced by localized triple-layer reinforcement. This optimized topological structure significantly boosts torsional rigidity, enabling the uniform dissipation of transient stresses—generated during the unloading process—across the entire vehicle body.

The cargo box is constructed from industry-standard, high-quality carbon-manganese steel (featuring an 8mm floor plate and 6mm side plates); its high-density longitudinal beam configuration effectively withstands the shear damage and impact abrasion caused by the dumping of large, hard rocks.

To withstand the prolonged exposure to humid, salty sea winds during transit and upon arrival at port, the entire vehicle underwent a comprehensive, multi-layer application of anti-corrosion wax—covering every surface of the chassis and body—while still at the port. The engine's air intake system has been upgraded to a heavy-duty oil-bath air filter, boosting its gas-solid separation efficiency to over 99.5% and effectively preventing fine dust and sand particles from causing abnormal wear to the cylinder walls.
