The HOWO 6x4 dump truck features a double-layer—and in select areas, triple-layer—reinforced frame constructed from high-strength alloy steel, paired with a heavy-duty leaf spring balance shaft suspension system. This structural design not only enhances the vehicle's payload capacity but also effectively and evenly dissipates longitudinal stresses generated by road irregularities, thereby extending the service life of the chassis.

Compared to traditional mid-mounted lifting mechanisms, these two HOWO units come standard with a high-quality, large-bore front-mounted hydraulic system. Featuring longer lift arms and more linear thrust, this system significantly minimizes dynamic center-of-gravity shifts during full-load lifting, thereby—from a mechanical engineering perspective—effectively mitigating the risk of rollovers.

Upon rolling off the assembly line at the Jining plant, both the cab and the chassis underwent a multi-layer anti-corrosion electrophoretic primer treatment. Prior to shipment, the entire vehicle received an additional full-body wax coating to ensure zero corrosion during transoceanic transport.
