The Aorun 3-axle tanker semi-trailer employs advanced automated longitudinal and circumferential welding processes. Every weld undergoes rigorous X-ray flaw detection to ensure that, even on the rough and bumpy roads of West Africa, the tank body remains absolutely leak-free and free from structural cracks, thereby safeguarding the security of your assets.

In accordance with the operational requirements of our Senegalese client, the tanker trailer has been designed with an independent compartmentalized structure. This enables a single trailer to transport multiple types of fuel simultaneously during a single trip, thereby significantly enhancing fleet operational flexibility and reducing the empty-running rate.

After undergoing comprehensive sandblasting to remove rust (to Sa 2.5 standard), the entire trailer is coated with three layers of specialized anti-corrosive paint. This high-strength paint film effectively withstands the corrosive effects of the high-salinity marine environment at the Port of Dakar, ensuring the vehicle remains in excellent condition even after years of operation.
