Aorun Heavy-Duty Crawler Bulldozer (Refurbished to High Standards) Shipped to Nigeria

During the preparation phase at the Aorun Liangshan production base, foreign trade technical engineers carried out extensive structural reinforcement and a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle, specifically addressing the challenging engineering-geological conditions found in Nigeria:

The main body of the blade and its cutting edge are constructed from high-tensile, wear-resistant alloy steel. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was employed to optimize the distribution of forces, and rectangular-section stiffeners were welded around the perimeter. This structural configuration allows concentrated impact forces to be rapidly dissipated across the vehicle's push-frame skeleton, effectively preventing blade deformation or tearing caused by impacts with large, hard rocks.

To address the highly sticky red clay mud encountered during Nigeria's rainy season, Aorun has precisely tuned the bulldozer's track tensioning system and upgraded components—including idlers, carrier rollers, track rollers, and drive sprockets—to highly wear-resistant versions. The track shoes feature a rigid design with single-pin construction and offer excellent ground traction, ensuring no slippage or de-tracking during heavy-load operations.

Given the tropical marine climate—characterized by high humidity and heavy salt spray—at Nigeria’s Apapa Port, as well as the abrasive, airborne dust prevalent during the inland dry season, the Aorun quality assurance team implemented specific upgrades prior to shipment:

To combat the high concentrations of fine suspended dust encountered during land-clearing operations, the air intake filtration system was upgraded to achieve a gas-solid separation rate exceeding 99.5%. This effectively prevents sand particles from entering the combustion chamber and causing abnormal cylinder wear, thereby ensuring sustained engine reliability and uptime.

Prior to shipment, professional foreign trade engineers apply a comprehensive, heavy-duty, marine-grade anti-corrosion wax coating to critical and hard-to-reach areas of the bulldozer—including the track frames, hydraulic cylinder piston rods, brake valve housings, and exposed piping. For the sea voyage, high-cost Roll-on/Roll-off (RO-RO) vessels (with under-deck stowage) or specialized bulk carriers (with secure hold lashing) are exclusively utilized; the equipment is never stowed on open decks where it would be exposed to wind and waves, thereby ensuring it arrives at the destination in pristine, like-new condition.
