For this Haohan truck-mounted crane destined for Timor-Leste, the Aorun technical team implemented structural reinforcements to the interface between the crane superstructure and the engineering-grade chassis. To withstand the severe lateral torsional stress generated by boom rotation during lifting operations, the vehicle utilizes an integrated, high-tensile double-layer main frame supplemented by a full-length sub-frame. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was employed to optimize weld layouts, effectively distributing transient gravitational loads from lifting operations across the entire vehicle framework and completely eliminating the risk of frame fatigue or deformation caused by prolonged, heavy-duty lifting.

The Shacman F3000 tractor unit is equipped with a 16-ton Hande heavy-duty dual-stage reduction drive axle—a component highly acclaimed in the markets of Lima and Southeast Asia. It comes standard with both inter-axle and inter-wheel differential locks, significantly enhancing traction on the unpaved, sloping roads of Timor-Leste during the rainy season.

Multi-layer High-Gloss Polyurethane Finish: The entire vehicle—including the truck-mounted crane boom, flatbed, and tractor unit—undergoes rigorous shot-blasting for rust removal and is coated with a zinc-rich primer followed by a high-gloss, anti-corrosive polyurethane topcoat. The resulting coating offers exceptional adhesion, effectively withstanding the physical and chemical degradation caused by high-concentration saline mist in island environments and intense tropical UV radiation.

Heavy-Duty Marine-Grade Anti-Corrosion Waxing: Prior to shipment, professional export engineers apply a heavy-duty, marine-grade anti-corrosion wax to critical, hard-to-reach areas—such as the chassis main beams, steering knuckles, drive shafts, air brake valve housings, and crane hydraulic lines—ensuring complete coverage. The equipment is transported via premium Roll-on/Roll-off (RO-RO) vessels with below-deck stowage; this creates a robust physical barrier against sea salt spray, ensuring the machinery remains in pristine, like-new condition upon arrival and customs clearance.
