Malawi customers witness the birth of Aurun's "completely renovated" Howo 371HP

We replaced all four components (cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, and piston pins) on this 371-horsepower engine, and also replaced the entire set of original factory filters. This ensures that the vehicle maintains its powerful performance and extremely low oil consumption as it climbs from the coastline to the Malawi plateau.

Upgraded Handling: Addressing the issue of stiff gear shifts in older vehicles, we replaced the transmission with a brand new gearbox cable. After test driving, the customer exclaimed, "The shifting feel of this car is as smooth as a new car!"

Exterior and Comfort: A completely new cab was installed. The new interior, dashboard, and air-suspension seats provide long-distance drivers in Malawi with a sense of dignity and comfort, effectively reducing driving fatigue.

Ensuring Grip: No retreaded tires! All tires were replaced with brand new steel-belted tires, ensuring excellent traction on muddy roads during the rainy season and gravel roads during the dry season.

Ensuring Stable Energy: A brand new high-capacity aluminum alloy fuel tank and high-performance battery were installed, eliminating the risk of fuel leaks and ensuring power supply during cold mornings and when parked in the wild.

Under the customer's watchful eye, this Howo 371 underwent rigorous factory testing:

Pressure Testing: Air tightness testing of the lifting and braking systems.

Electrical Inspection: Ensuring the stability of every light and sensor in high-temperature and dusty environments.

Corrosion Protection: Thorough rust prevention treatment of the entire chassis to address potential sea fog and dusty climates encountered during transportation.
