The road roller is going to be exported from Tianjin Port to Tanzania(1)

Recently, Aorun successfully delivered a road roller to a customer in Tanzania. The vehicle has set off from Tianjin Port and is expected to arrive at Dar es Salaam Port within five weeks. After being put into use, it will mainly serve core infrastructure construction businesses in Tanzania, such as road construction, municipal engineering and industrial park site leveling. This delivery not only marks the further recognition of Aorun's market adaptability in the field of heavy engineering compaction equipment manufacturing, but also creates a dedicated solution for customers that takes into account both environmental compliance requirements and high-intensity construction efficiency.

The core component of this vehicle - the heavy-duty compaction roller - is made of high-quality high-manganese carbon steel through one-piece forging, with a wall thickness of up to 16mm. Even in the harsh working environment of Tanzania with high temperatures and much sand and dust, it can still achieve dual protection against wear and deformation, ensuring that the equipment's service life exceeds 8,000 working hours. The surface of the roller has undergone special sandblasting roughening treatment to increase the friction force in contact with the material. Combined with the built-in high-frequency vibration system (with a vibration frequency up to 30Hz), it can quickly achieve deep compaction of the roadbed and sand and gravel layers, with a maximum compaction degree of 98%, effectively reducing the risk of road surface settlement in the later stage. In addition, the intelligent hydraulic drive system equipped on the equipment can automatically adjust the driving torque according to the working conditions. Combined with the four-wheel drive design, it can maintain stable driving and compaction operations even in complex sites such as muddy and potholes. The chassis of this vehicle is based on the mature HOWO engineering vehicle platform, equipped with a high-power diesel engine (with a maximum power of 160kW), balancing power output and fuel economy (with a fuel consumption as low as 28L per 100 kilometers). At the same time, it adopts a reinforced frame and multi-leaf spring suspension, capable of withstanding long-term heavy-load operation pressure and easily adapting to the diverse construction road conditions in Tanzania. The cab adopts a panoramic view design, equipped with suspended seats and constant temperature air conditioning. The operation panel integrates a digital display screen, which can monitor key parameters such as compaction degree and vibration frequency in real time, significantly reducing the driver's operational intensity and enhancing the safety and efficiency of the operation.

Based on in-depth research on the pain points of infrastructure construction in Tanzania, the roller has achieved multiple adaptations in its functional design: in response to the local highway construction needs, it can quickly replace different roller accessories such as the sheep's claw roller and the smooth roller to meet the compaction requirements of different construction stages such as roadbeds and asphalt pavements. For narrow site operations in municipal engineering, the equipment is equipped with a hydraulic power steering system, with a minimum turning radius of only 5.8 meters, allowing for flexible movement through urban streets and alleys. For the site leveling operation in industrial parks, the continuous operation time can reach 12 hours,

significantly shortening the construction period. Aorun also provides customized after-sales support for customers: it has set up a spare parts warehouse in Dar es Salaam, stocking commonly used wear parts (such as vibration bearings, hydraulic filter elements, etc.) to ensure a response to spare parts demands within 24 hours. At the same time, a professional technical team will be dispatched to the local area to conduct equipment operation training and maintenance guidance, and a one-year free warranty service will be provided to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment in all aspects. This cooperation not only further consolidates Aorun's layout in the engineering equipment market of China and Africa, but also lays a solid foundation for the subsequent export of more compaction equipment and complete construction solutions that meet local needs to Tanzania and neighboring countries.
