Accompanied by the Aorun engineering team, the Tanzanian clients conducted an in-depth tour of the core manufacturing stages of the TX dump trucks. The clients not only confirmed the preliminary commercial commitments made by Aorun’s Guangzhou office but also—through this on-site visit—validated the manufacturing logic underpinning those promises.

Automated Main Beam Welding: The clients witnessed firsthand how the main beams of the TX chassis are produced using advanced laser cutting and automated robotic submerged arc welding processes. Constructed from Q345B high-strength manganese steel, the trailer frame is engineered to ensure that the main beams remain absolutely free from fracture—even when carrying a full load of 50 to 70 tons—while traversing the rugged, treacherous roads typical of mining regions.

Prior to shipment to the Port of Dar es Salaam, the Orun factory subjected each TX dump truck to over 100 rigorous PDI inspections, including tests on the hydraulic lifting system and braking performance.

The cargo body is constructed from thickened, high-strength manganese steel and features a wear-resistant U-shaped design. The underside is equipped with a high-security, front-mounted hydraulic lifting cylinder, ensuring rapid and stable unloading even in extremely harsh and rugged mining environments.

Upon the completion of manufacturing for this batch of HOWO TX 8x4 400hp dump trucks, Aorun will provide seamless, end-to-end international logistics services.
