Addressing the lack of external power sources and unloading platforms at several remote worksites in Burkina Faso, Aorun engineers recommended to the client our self-powered unloading solution—a product that is highly popular and a top seller in the African market.

High-power diesel engines and twin-cylinder air compressors are externally mounted at the rear and front of the vehicle. This means that, even if the tractor unit is not equipped with a PTO (Power Take-Off), the semi-trailer can independently generate pressure anytime and anywhere, pumping cement into storage silos tens of meters high at astonishing speeds.

The interior of the tank features an optimized, angled V-shaped dual- or triple-compartment fluidized bed design, which significantly lowers the center of gravity and enhances driving safety, while simultaneously ensuring that the cement residue rate remains below 0.3%.

It features a main beam constructed from thickened, high-strength welded steel, and is equipped with three 16-ton heavy-duty axles and a mechanical multi-leaf spring suspension, enabling it to effortlessly withstand the rigors of heavy-load transport across both unpaved red-soil terrain and major arterial highways.
