Zambian Client Completes Inspection of HowoTractors & Aorun Cement Tanker

To address the complex road conditions encountered in cross-border long-haul transport in Zambia, we have provided our clients with the following "Golden Combination" solution:

HOWO 6x4 Tractor Unit: Powered by a 371 HP engine, the chassis features multi-leaf spring reinforcement—specifically adapted for African road conditions—and is paired with an HC16 heavy-duty drive axle. The vehicle is further equipped with a four-point suspension cab and a high-efficiency air conditioning system.

The Aorun 3-Axle Cement Tank Semi-Trailer is constructed from high-strength carbon steel and equipped with a large-displacement air compressor (10/12 m³). The entire vehicle undergoes a comprehensive sandblasting and anti-corrosion treatment, featuring a highly weather-resistant paint finish designed to withstand the intense UV radiation prevalent in Zambia.

During the acceptance process, the Aorun technical team accompanied the client in conducting a series of specialized inspections:

Pressure Retention Test: A pressure-charging experiment was performed on the tank body to ensure zero leakage over a 24-hour period at a pressure of 0.2 MPa.

Braking System Performance Test: The response speed of the WABCO valve assembly and air reservoirs was verified to ensure safety on the steep gradients characteristic of roads in Zambia.

Electrical Connection Compatibility: An on-site demonstration of the electrical and pneumatic connections between the tractor unit and the trailer was conducted to ensure a "plug-and-play" readiness for immediate operation.
