By utilizing advanced T700 high-strength carbon steel in conjunction with automated submerged arc welding technology, Aorun achieves a lightweight design while ensuring the main beam's absolute resistance to torsion under a full load of 40 to 60 tons.

A multi-layer polyurethane topcoat endows the vehicles with exceptional corrosion resistance, significantly extending their service life in tropical coastal regions.

To address the critical issue of a scarcity of refueling stations along long-haul trunk routes, dedicated space has been specifically designed beneath the chassis to accommodate the installation of an auxiliary fuel tank and a water tank for the brake spray cooling system.
