At our Guangzhou office, the Aorun team provided our clients with a detailed breakdown of the core technical barriers addressed by this 4-axle trailer. Specifically tailored to the highly challenging road conditions of West Africa, we showcased its true "heavy-duty DNA":

T700 High-Strength Steel Chassis: The main beams are constructed from high-yield-strength T700 steel, utilizing a fully automated submerged arc welding process. The web and upper and lower flanges have all been thickened to accommodate heavy loads of up to 80 tons, ensuring that the main beams remain free from deformation or fracture—even when traversing rough, rutted laterite terrain under full load.

Heavy-Duty Suspension & 4-Axle Coordination: We recommend two solutions to our clients: a configuration featuring "mechanical suspension on the first three axles with an optional liftable rear axle," or a "purely mechanical, reinforced suspension" system. These setups are equipped with extra-thick, multi-leaf steel springs (10 or 12 leaves), effectively distributing vertical loads of up to 80 tons.

Customizable Fence Structure: The client observed the factory's assembly line via a video link. Aorun's fence panels and uprights are constructed from high-strength square tubing using welded joints; they feature a flexible plug-and-play design and are equipped with a robust locking mechanism to prevent loose cargo from shifting outward during long-distance transit over rough terrain.
