Guinea’s bauxite deposits feature tough hardpan caprock, while its iron ore presents exceptional density (up to 3.0 t/m³). The excavator is factory-fitted with a 5.5m³ heavy-duty rock bucket forged from HARDOX 500 / NM500 abrasion-resistant steel, featuring thick lip plates, heel shrouds, and heavy-duty ESCO-style bucket teeth engineered to withstand continuous impact.
Powered by a 650 HP heavy-duty turbocharged mining engine, the hydraulic system delivers intense breakout digging forces (>480 kN). To counter local fuel contamination and water content common in remote pit sites, the machine incorporates a 3-stage heavy-duty diesel filtration system with high-efficiency water separators and heating elements.

Navigating unpaved pit floors and jagged rock debris requires structural rigidity. The excavator utilizes an extended, wide-gauge H-style crawler frame with reinforced track rollers, heavy-duty sprockets, and full-length track guide guards to eliminate chain derailing during heavy slew operations on inclines.
To endure Guinea's intense tropical monsoon rainfall and ambient heat exceeding +45°C, electrical relays and ECU units are sealed in IP67-rated waterproof enclosures. The hydraulic system employs an independent variable-speed fan cooler to prevent fluid thermal breakdown under 24/7 continuous duty cycles.

Due to the extreme dimensions and weight of the mining excavator, the unit was pre-disassembled into modular components (boom, stick, bucket, upper structure, and track assemblies) for Breakbulk Heavy-Lift Vessel loading.
Consigned to Kamsar Port / Conakry Port, Guinea, the machine includes full customs documentation, initial-service filtration packages, and assigned field service engineers to execute on-site reassembly, hydraulic pressure calibration, and commissioning directly at the client's mine site.
